Open to everyone who will have the opportunity of walking the course with a well-known former jockey, to get a better understanding of what is involved in race riding.

Each participant will be asked to raise as much as they can but a minimum of £50 which will be donated directly to the nominated charities. Each walker will have the opportunity to be able to specify which charity that they would like to support. Gift Aid forms will be available at the registration desk.

Everyone who participates in the walk around the two mile course will receive a badge which will say “I walked to give someone a brighter future”. Newbury Racecourse have generously agreed to provide Premier Enclosure badges worth £26 and free car parking in the centre of the course for all participants, so why not come with the family, have a little exercise, learn a bit about how to ride a race, have a free day's racing and give a little back to those less fortunate than yourself?
